Our Commitment to Accessibility

Scroggins Insurance Group (d/b/a Scroggins Dickerson Insurance Group LLC) is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. •       Structuring pages with clear headings and a logical reading order.
•       Providing descriptive labels for all form fields, including our contact form and insurance quote request forms.
•       Using descriptive link text to clearly indicate the purpose of each link.
•       Ensuring our site functions correctly when text is resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are actively working to identify and address any gaps. Current areas of focus include:

•       Third-party tools and embedded content (such as carrier portals or quote widgets) that may have their own accessibility constraints outside our direct control.
•       Any older PDF documents that have not yet been optimized for screen reader compatibility.

We are committed to resolving identified issues as quickly as practicable and welcome feedback to help us prioritize improvements.
